Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, we do offer worldwide shipping! Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. Details are provided after checkout. 

What is your return and exchange policy? 

We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. 

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Do you offer local pickup?

Right now we do not offer local pickup.

Do you allow customers to request and manage their own returns?

Customers must contact the merchant to request a return.

What are your shipping policies?

Lost package policy: Not liable for defaults by the delivery company; delivery companies’ terms apply.
Late delivery policy: Not responsible for losses due to delays by third parties or customer errors. Aims to ship within two working days after payment via DPD or Omniva.

Do you have active discount codes or promotions?

We do offer a 10% discount for customers that sign up for our email newsletter.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for orders over 60 euros in the Baltic region! The discount applies automatically.
